How an engagement runs
You can stop after any stage and keep everything produced up to that point. Nothing we write is held hostage in our repository.
- 1 Kartläggning Survey Two days reading your stack, your invoices and your incident history. You get a written map of what you run, what it costs and where the lock-in sits.
- 2 Ritning Blueprint A target architecture on European hosting, with the migration sequenced so nothing goes dark. Costed per month, in writing, before anything is built.
- 3 Bygge Build NixOS configurations, pf rulesets, WireGuard topology and application deploys — committed to your repository as we go, never to ours.
- 4 Överlämning Handover Runbooks, a recorded walkthrough and two weeks of pairing with your team. The goal is that you do not need us afterwards.

Can you host our data?
Yes. In Romania, Sweden or Germany — you choose which, and you hold the account and the invoice at the provider. Data at rest stays in that country, the operating entity is incorporated in the EU, and we hold an operator credential you can revoke in thirty seconds.
Do we have to be in Europe to work with you?
No. Plenty of our clients are not. What we guarantee is where the infrastructure sits, not where you do — although it is usually the reason people call in the first place.
What if we already run on a hyperscaler?
Then the first deliverable is an honest map of what it would take to leave, and what it would cost not to. Sometimes the answer is to stay and remove the lock-in rather than move. We will say so.
Is Jekyll not a bit old-fashioned?
It is fifteen years old, which is roughly the point. It builds plain HTML that will still render in 2040, and it has outlived at least four generations of the frameworks that were going to replace it.
Can our non-technical staff edit the site?
Yes. We wire Jekyll to a Git-backed editor with a normal write-and-preview interface, so marketing never opens a terminal and engineering never loses version control.
Do you resell hosting?
Never. You hold the account and the invoice at the provider; we hold an operator credential you can revoke. That way leaving us costs you nothing but a Friday afternoon.
What about AI — do you use it?
Locally, with Ollama, on hardware you control. Drafting, classification, summarisation and code assistance without your data becoming somebody's training corpus.
